This practice appreciates the diversity of human beings and does not discriminate based on race, age, religion, ability, marital status, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, height, weight, national origin, language, or education.
LATENESS, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Arrive at your appointment on time. If you are late, your session will be shorter. If you are more than 15 minutes late know that we may not be able to accommodate you, in which case you will need to be rescheduled. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Give us 24 hours notice if you have to change, cancel or reschedule your appointment.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept PayPal and Venmo. Payment is required at the time of service. PayPal and Venmo QRC codes are in the session room for your convenience.
PRACTITIONER AND CLIENT RIGHTS
Reiki, Tarot and Astrology sessions are given for the purpose of healing. Said sessions are not substitutes for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that a client see a licensed physician, or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment they may have.
If a client is uncomfortable in any way during a Reiki session, they have the right to question their practitioner and/or request that the session be terminated. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session. Violent or aggressive behavior, as well as foul language will not be tolerated.
PRIVACY
Personal information will only be viewed by 11th House Reiki Staff; it will be kept strictly confidential unless the client gives written permission otherwise.
We will not share anyone’s personal information with third parties other than applications we use to provide better service to you. They will not contact you or solicit you.
If you submit payments via Paypal or Venmo, please be aware that we cannot control their privacy actions. If privacy is an important concern for you, please check PayPal and Venmo's policies and decide what is best for you.
We use Acuity Scheduling for our online scheduling and forms. They are HIPPA compliant and will keep your information safe. If you have any concerns about their policies, please contact Acuity Scheduling for more information.
